SportzEdge Time Machine: Ray Allen as an NBA rookie

A rookie Ray Allen spoke with News 8 as he broke into the NBA with the Milwaukee Bucks, his UConn years still fresh in his mind. Take a trip back in time with us to 1996, when Allen was still making his name in the league and a veteran from Old Saybrook named Vin Baker was showing the Connecticut kid the ropes.

Ray talks about keeping in touch with his UConn friends, what he bought with his new contract, and his favorite dunks of all-time. (He dunked back then!) If you’re a UConn fan, you won’t want to miss this sublime look back in time!
