I don’t know how to put this, but I’m kind of a big deal.
I’m pretty good at basketball trick shots, and I’ve won many H-O-R-S-E games down at the courts in Thomaston, as my friend and H-O-R-S-E loser Nolan Ostrander can attest.
But if I ever see New Canaan’s Peter Swindell in an alley, I’m walking the other way.
Swindell hit a trick-shot field goal, something that I didn’t even know was possible until I saw this video. He starts by somehow using his foot to get the ball to spin right-side up, and then runs up to it and kicks it through the uprights.
Again, I didn’t even know football trick shots were a thing until I saw this.
Check it out…it’s an outstanding work of field-goalsmanship. (That’s a word now. It’s on the internet).
