John Pierson is back in the SportzEdge Time Machine…or the closet…whichever you want to call it, to bring you a blast from the past involving Bloomfield star Dwight Freeney.

Selected with the No. 11 pick in the 2002 NFL Draft, Freeney became a 7-time Pro Bowler and was named AFC Defensive Player of the Year in 2005.

But back when we caught up with him? He was trying to decide whether to play baseball, basketball or football. Come back in time with us and see Freeney as a kid. Plus, John brushes himself off with a lint roller!
