46. Ron Hrubala (1968-71) 6-9, F. The big man from East Hartford led UConn in rebounding in all three varsity years and finished with 11.1 rebounds per game, fifth-best all-time in UConn history.

Hrubala is also one of just three Huskies to average in double figures in scoring and rebounding each season he spent in Storrs. He helped lead the Huskies to the Yankee Conference title in 1969.

He also takes pride in the fact that he helped former coach Dee Rowe recruit another member of the 50 Greatest list, Tony Hanson.
