UConn Class of 2015 commit Prince Ali has announced he is de-committing to the Huskies, and leaving his recruitment open for the time being.
Ali, a 6-4 guard from Pembroke Pines, Fla., verbally committed to Connecticut in November 2013.
Ali announced his decision via Twitter:
After talking it over with my family I have decided to reopen my recruitment! I still love the Uconn and I am still considering Uconn!

Ali also received offers from Illinois, Nebraska, UCLA, and Georgetown. He was ranked as the 22nd-best shooting guard in the Class of 2015 by ESPN.com.
UConn has a wealth of backcourt players coming in next season, including NC State transfer Rodney Purvis, top-20 recruit Daniel Hamilton, and junior college transfer Sam Cassell Jr.
The Huskies also return rising sophomore Terrance Samuel, and rising junior Omar Calhoun.
