Paul O’Neill to guest-manage Bridgeport Bluefish game

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (WTNH)–After their successful Legends Game bewtween former Yankees and Red Sox last week, the Bridgeport Bluefish are bringing in a former Yankee to help coach the team next week.

Yankee great Paul O’Neill will guest manage the team next Friday night. The five-time World Series champ will do a meet-and-greet with fans before the game then head to the dugout to be the manager against the Long Island Ducks.

“Coming off of last season’s Pete Rose managing experience, we decided to make it an annual event with Paul O’Neill, the heart and soul of the ’90s Yankees teams managing,” said Bluefish G.M. Jamie Toole.
