Get into shape with this full-body workout: Jumping Jacks

(WTNH)–We’ve been trying to get you in shape all week, as our friends at the North Haven Health and Raquet Club have another Fitness tip for women.

Today’s final exercise of the week is good old fashioned jumping jacks.
