Roger Goodell visits youth football practice in Fairfield, briefly addresses “DeflateGate”

(WTNH)–NFL commissioner Roger Goodell came to Fairfield on Wednesday to follow up on the league’s “Heads Up Football” program, which teaches coaches better tackling techniques and safety protocol.

Goodell wanted to find out how the program has impacted youth football, so he checked out a Fairfield Giants practice.

Of course, that’s all nice and good, but what everyone wanted to know was “WHAT IS GOING ON WITH DEFLATE GATE?!”

The commissioner spoke very briefly on the

“It’s just with the judge now, so it’s up to the judge to determine that.”
