Get a full-body workout in 30 minutes: High knees

(WTNH)–This week, we’ve been trying to get you into shape with the help of North Haven Health and Racquet.

The guys over there put together a 30-minute workout plan designed to get you going even if you don’t have much time to sweat throughout the day.

The first exercise in the series was planks, and now it’s on to high knees.
