NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH)- There are plenty of candidates. Undefeated high school football teams from around the state. Southington. Darien. North Haven. Shelton. Windsor. Ansonia. Harding. Even teams who have lost once or twice are in the conversation, New Canaan, Newtown and Notre Dame of West Haven.

Who is the best though? With the regular season now in the rear view mirror and the post-season on the horizon, that question was posed to a handful of Connecticut high school football coaches, some who may actually coach the best team in the state.
