SCSU earns No. 3 seed in NCAA Tournament, will play St. Thomas Aquinas

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Southern Connecticut State University men’s basketball team is seeded No. 3 in the East Region of the NCAA Tournament. The Owls will face St. Thomas Aquinas in the first round, at Holy Family University in Philadelphia.

This is the third straight season the men’s basketball team has earned a berth in the national tournament, a program first. It is also the third straight year the Owls will face a team from the East Coast Conference.

The game will likely be played on Saturday, March 12 at noon, but the official time will be announced Monday afternoon.
