Sacred Heart baseball coach Nick Giaquinto talks 600th win, NFL career

(WTNH)–Sacred Heart baseball coach Nick Giaquinto recently won his 600th career game. That’s quite an accomplishment (though he’ll tell you it just means he’s getting old), but Giaquinto has quite a story to tell about getting there.

He’s been at Sacred Heart for 28 years, following a career in the NFL as a running back with the Miami Dolphins and Washington Redskins, with whom he won a Super Bowl ring.

We brought him on SportzEdge Friday Night to talk about all of that.

Check it out.
