High school softball stars take field in annual All-Star game

(WTNH)–The high school softball season wrapped up on Saturday, but on Monday night, some of the best players in the state got to play in an All-Star game.

The Connecticut High School Coaches’ Association held its 34th annual Senior All-Star softball game. Players from Class M and S played in the first game of the day, and the nightcap featured players from Class L and LL.

In that second game, the East beat the West, behind some great pitching by Amity’s Katie Koshes.
